Qian Zhou
Treasurer
Qian Zhou has been serving as the Director of Finance with St John’s Ambulance since 2008, contributing to the financial leadership of the long-standing non-profit, charitable organization, in this role, she works closely with the board and regularly participates in quarterly meetings, giving her valuable experience from both stand and board perspectives.
She has also served on the bord of WRGC for two years, further deepening her understanding of governance and community service.
As an immigrant and active member of the Chinese community, she is passionate about promoting inclusion and supporting newcomer engagement.
With over two decades of experience in Saskatchewan and a strong background in financial and operational management, she hopes to bring both professional insight and lived experience to the RIWC board.
