Who Can Become an Interpreter at Our Centre?

We are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals who are proficient in both English and at least one other language. While prior experience in interpretation is appreciated, it is not mandatory. The most important qualities are a strong desire to assist and the ability to convey information accurately and sensitively across cultures.​

Selection and Training Process

• Application Submission: Complete the online form, providing the necessary information about yourself, your experience, and your language skills.​
• Document Submission: Upload your resume and CLB (Canadian Language Benchmarks) certification. Please note that applications without these documents will not be considered.​
• Pre-Screening: Eligible applicants will be invited to a short pre-screening interview. This will be an informal conversation to assess language proficiency, communication style, and suitability for interpretation work.
• Interpreter Orientation: Candidates who successfully pass the pre-screening step will be invited to an orientation session, where you will become acquainted with our standards, procedures, and ethical guidelines.​
