Seniors Wellness and Digital Skills program

The Seniors Wellness and Digital Skills program is designed for independent seniors who want to stay active, engaged, and connected in their community. This program will focus on mobility-strengthening activities and exercises to support physical well-being, alongside interactive technology workshops aimed at improving digital literacy.
We encourage individuals aged 50+ to take part in this opportunity to enhance both their physical health and confidence with technology while building meaningful community connections.
