Announcing Our New Executive Director: Leading RIWC into 2026

We are pleased to share that Ritu Kalra has stepped into the role of Executive Director as we begin 2026.

Ritu’s leadership is rooted in service, collaboration, and a deep respect for the people and communities RIWC exists to support. Having grown within the organization, she brings strong institutional knowledge and a clear belief that sustainable impact comes from investing in people, strengthening relationships, and leading with integrity.
