Xiaoli (Shelly) Zhao is an IT Security Consultant and business owner. She immigrated to Canada in 2005 and got her master degree on Software Systems Engineering in University of Regina. She is working at SaskEnergy for Security GRC & BCP. She is also promoting the affordable legal services and Identity Theft protection solution as her side business. She is the board member of Chinese Entrepreneurs Association of Saskatchewan (CEAS) and Regina Chinese Canadian Association (RCCA). She has a daughter and son. She engages in many community activities; and enjoys travelling, cooking and reading.
