Description
RIWC Regina Immigrant Women Centre is hiring a Program Manager. The Manager will be responsible for the successful testing of customized pre-employment and skills development supports for immigrant women from racialized communities who have experienced prolonged detachment from the labour force and who live in Regina. The Program Manager will also ensure the success of testing workplace inclusivity models/strategies with targeted employers in Regina

DUTIES
Develop and outline project deliverables, communication and financial reporting structure, division of responsibilities and identify key contacts
Hire and onboard program staff
Establish an Advisory Committee and organize monthly meetings
Develop communication and marketing strategies to engage employers and recruit participants
Liaise with project partners to ensure adequate participation and success in all phases of the project
Plan, develop, implement and track project timelines and milestones in conjunction with agreed-upon deliverables with project partners to ensure consistency across sites
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Document project scope, goals and deliverables and report all deliverables via monthly reports
Develop scope of work and engage external evaluator to develop evaluation framework
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Maintain confidentiality at all times

QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager
Experienced in a similar role working with clients from varying populations
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
Ability to negotiate priorities and objectives to create a unified approach
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in hosting online meetings on various platforms
Experience with Sales Force is an asset
Second language is an asset
